Marchewkowe muffiny z suszoną żurawiną i orzechami włoskimi / Carrot muffins with dried cranberries and walnuts.

Nie mam talentu  do pieczenia ciast dlatego  najczęstszym moim wypiekiem są muffinki.
Uwielbiam ciasto  marchewkowe ( to nie tajemnica ) i  wariacje też lubię :D
Dziś jeden z eksperymentów... Teoretycznie jeśli połączymy coś co lubimy z czymś co  lubimy powinno wyjść coś pysznego... Tak jest  z tymi  babeczkami... Ciasto marchewkowe z przepisu na te babeczki, do tego  orzechy  włoskie i  suszona żurawina - to  nie mogło się nie udać !!!

Today one of experiments ... Theoretically, if you mix two things  what you like you should get something delicious... So that how these muffins were made... Carrot cake from this muffins recipe, with walnuts and dried cranberries - that couldn't go wrong!

Składniki : 

* 2 całe jaja, 
* 2/3 szklanki oliwy, 
* 1 szklanki cukru, 
* 1 łyżeczki ekstraktu waniliowego, 
* 1 szklanki mąki, 
* 1 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej, 
* 1 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, 
* 0,5 łyżeczki soli, 
* 1 łyżeczki cynamonu,
* 1,5 szklanki tartej marchwi ( około 4 dużych sztuk), 
* 100 g orzechów włoskich, posiekanych, 
* 70 -100 g  suszonej  żurawiny, 


* 2 eggs,
* 2/3 cup olive oil
* 1 cup sugar,
* 1 tsp vanilla extract,
* 1 cup flour,
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 0.5 tsp salt,
* 1 tsp cinnamon,
* 1.5 cups grated carrots (about 4 large pieces),
* 100 g walnuts, chopped,
* 70 -100 g of dried cranberries,

Przygotowanie : 
Marchew obierz, zetrzyj na tarce o drobnych oczkach.
W dużej misce wymieszaj jajka, oliwę i ekstrakt waniliowy. 
W osobnej misce zmieszaj suche składniki - mąkę, cukier, sodę oczyszczoną, proszek do pieczenia, sól i cynamon. 
Połącz zawartość obydwu misek a następnie dodaj startą marchew, orzechy włoskie i żurawinę wymieszaj. 
Papilotki lub silikonowe foremki wypełniaj masą do 3/4 wysokości.
Piecz temperaturze 170 -180 stopni około  20  minut. 

Peel carrots and grate to fine mesh.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Combine contents of both bowls and add the grated carrots, chopped walnuts and cranberries, stir.
Muffin cases or silicone molds fill with mass to 3/4 height.
Bake at 170 -180 degrees about 20 minutes.
